Guest Registration
In accordance with Japanese law, we require all guests to complete a registration form. After booking, we’ll send the form, which needs to be filled out and returned along with a photo of your passport. Rest assured, all passport information is securely stored for your peace of mind. Thank you for helping us with this process!

If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.
House Rules
We kindly ask all guests to observe the following rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone:
Noise
Please keep noise levels low inside and outside the house to respect our neighbors. Parties and loud noise are not permitted.
Waste Disposal:
Dispose of all trash in the designated indoor bins and separate as needed. Kindly refrain from throwing garbage outside.
Toilet Use:
Only flush toilet paper—nothing else.
Amenities:
Provided amenities are for your use during your stay. Please do not take any items.
Pets & Smoking:
No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, or around the property.
Registered Guests Only:
For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized visitors may lead to penalties, reservation cancellation, and eviction.
Respect for Property:
Treat all items with care. Please avoid jumping on beds, using strong fragrances, or dyeing hair.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Help us keep the space clean and safe by disposing of trash properly, keeping flammable items away from the gas stove, and closing windows to prevent bugs from entering.
